​Foundation Training has caused a fundamental shift in the way I work with my clients and how I work with my own body. I have seen the proof of its efficacy in every surprised look of client no longer feeling pain or their being able to achieve the seemingly unachievable. For my life, and the lives of those I've shared the work with, Foundation Training is truly a system of teaching proper human movement that is wholly different and better then anything else I encountered.


Foundation Training is a series of exercises developed by Dr. Eric Goodman based on integrating the muscular chains of the body. ​You can quickly learn the tools you need to fix many of the chronic pains plaguing our daily lives. Learning to connect the Posterior Chain will teach you to move naturally, evenly absorbing the weight of your body. Once you begin to move properly you will engage more muscles in every step you take, sport you play, and exercise you choose to do.


All ages and fitness abilities can benefit from Foundation Training because it teaches your body to move as nature intended.
